The Women of Rezilion: Office Manager and EA Hadas Gal

We are highlighting some of the amazing and talented women at Rezilion as part of our celebration of Women’s History month. Here we catch up with Office Manager and Executive Assistant Hadas Gal.

Please tell me about your role and how you got started in your career? Why did you pursue this career path?
As an office manager, I am in charge of all operational issues of our IL site such as day-to-day office operations, employees on/offboarding, welfare, and supporting our finance and HR departments. This is actually the first role in my career. In my last year as a student, I had the opportunity to intern at Rezilion’s HR department, and after meeting the amazing people here, I knew this is where I want to be.

Does being a woman in tech pose any unique challenges?
Over the last few years, there has been an impressive amount of progress in gender equality. We still have a lot more we can do and I think it is mainly up to us. As women, there are certain areas where we feel less confident and we shouldn’t feel this way.

What inspires you to do the best you can?
The people I am surrounded by inspire me. As everyone is so dedicated to Rezilion’s product and vision, it makes me want to do my best to contribute. Also, I usually do better or stay on top when I get feedback, either good or bad.

What about working at Rezilion do you think helps foster an environment of inclusion for all genders?
There is an atmosphere within Rezilion that makes all people regardless of gender, race, religion, geographic location, and more, feel valued and acknowledged. Being a woman does not stop me from achieving big goals.

What further progress would you like to see for women in technology around the world in the future?
More women should be in key positions in the tech world. In particular, I’d like to see more entrepreneurial women.
